1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Server Logs.

When you register for a workshop, conference, or other Chain Reaction, Inc. Zoom sponsored event, that registration may be handled by EventBrite.com. Your registration information is collected by EventBrite and communicated to Chain Reaction, Inc. in a secure and confidential manner. EventBrite has its own privacy policy, and we invite you to review that privacy policy at http://www.eventbrite.com/privacypolicy/. When you register for webinar, that registration may be handled by Zoom. Your registration information is collected by Zoom and communicated to Chain Reaction, Inc. in a secure and confidential manner. Zoom has its own privacy policy, and we invite you to review that privacy policy at https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/. Notwithstanding the foregoing, third parties who provide services for us are prohibited from using your personal information for their direct marketing purposes and from sharing, selling, or otherwise using such information, unless you choose to opt in to the marketing, sharing, or other activities of the third parties involving the use of personal information.

Voluntary Contact.

If you send us information voluntarily, such as through personal correspondence or emails, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities on our sites, we may collect such information. Please be aware that Chain Reaction, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites, which may differ significantly from our own. Chain Reaction, Inc. has physical, procedural and electronic security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The servers in which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment. Only authorized personnel have access to your information.
